Global Zones

I'm logged into a non-global zone server. How would I find out what the global zone server name is from there?

Global zone's name is always "global". If you want to know global zone's hostname, then there is no other way than logging to global zone and check.. Non-global zones are designed in a way that prohibits getting information, or worse, altering configuration of the global zone without actually logging into it.
