Ampliar filesystem

Hola

Necesito ampliar un filesystem que se lleno, pero tengo entendido que para esto necesito un administrador de volumenes ya sea SVM o VVM. tengo instalado solaris 10 pero le doy un metastat y me dice que no hay ninguna base de datos, como si en la instalación no hubieran atachado los sudmirrors.

Puedo ampliar un filesystem sin administrador de volumenes?

Como verifico si mi solaris 10 tiene el Solaris Volume manager?

Que comandos le doy para ampliar el filesystem?
