what is the file in solaris which is analogous to /etc/security/user in AIX? Is there any file in solaris which gives me the properties associated with a login account?

The same details are stored in the /etc/shadow file on Solaris systems. You could take a look at the man page to find what each of the ':' seperated columns means.

/etc/security/user
actually what I mean was, I need the properties associated with login accounts. In /etc/security/user file on AIX, the proerties of users are defined. like rlogin=true..etc.
I need the file which defines the properties of login accounts in solaris.

java version mismatch for normal user and root user
