Versions of Oracle VM with Solaris 11?

I guess since its part of OS it depends on OS installed.

I understand from OVS for Sparc 3.0 onwards you can use OV Manager (latest) to manage?

when installing solaris 11 ldmd and userland commands are installed, but not configured. you could use OVMM but only on a fresh installation without any LDOM configurations. and you should not mix x86 OVM and OVM for SPARC in one OVMM setup.
OVM for SPARC could also be managed by Oracle Enterprise OPS Center or as far as I know also with EM 13c.
Or you could give VDCF a try.
