Package update help

Hi,
I have a sun solaris 10 server. I have been asked to see what is currently installed ldap package and check if we can update it or not. I have found the installed package but i am not sure how to look i can update it or not on current OS version

Code:
pkginfo -l SUNWldap  [ or whatever package name you have]

will give you detailed information.

Updating is a different story. You have to have oracle support for your box to download current packages. You will also have to create an account on the oracle support system. If all of this sounds new to you, contact oracle support first before trying to do any updates.

pkgadd command can then install the update.
