The minimum supported Solaris versions for a T4 server are:

Oracle Solaris 10 10/09 (U8) plus Oracle Solaris 10 08/11 SPARC Patch Bundle *

Actually it is equipped with 2x300 gb SAS HDD and presently T4 it is installed with SOlaris 10 8/11.

i have tried the following version of Oracle Solaris 10 09/10 , but when start "boot cdrom"
it was giving error omething like "the media does n't have valid OS" .

is it possible to provide me the link to download "Oracle Solaris 10 09/10 (U9)".

If you want to install U9 on the server, you have to apply patches to the software image... This is not an easy task... Maybe you should just use the latest version of Solaris.
