How to find port number wwn of particular port on dual port HBA,?

You have two port wwn and two node wwn listed there.

You want to know which port is which?

I suggest connecting a device to one of the ports and then listing devices.

Also, have you downloaded Qlogic's scli utility. Seriously good.

you could also disconnect one connection and see which one drops to offline. But I see that one is already offline, so the one that has the connection is c3.

not sure if you still need it but this is the command to tell you if there is something connected in the port:
