What happens when you try to telnet into your V480's? What error message?
Post output of ifconfig -a Based on the output of ifconfig, do a snoop -d network_card port 23 where network_card is the network card as reported by ifconfig, above. After starting the snoop on the V480, try to telnet to it. What sort of output do you get from snoop? Also, try to telnet into the V480 using the IP address instead of hostname. Do that when you are doing the snoop test. Finally, can you login to the machine and do telnet localhost ? -Mike |
