Solaris

Can you help me plaase. I have samba v.3.0.4 installed on Solaris OS v.2.6.
From other (windows) machines I can't see my unix server.
Stratus:
ps -ef |grep samba
root 8696 1 0 14:11:03 ? 0:00 /usr/local/samba/sbin/nmbd -D
root 8762 7332 0 14:16:50 pts/13 0:00 grep samba

My SWAT work too.
But from log files I can see errors:
tail -f logs/log.smbd
Error = Address already in use
[2004/08/20 13:51:45, 0] lib/util_sock.cpen_socket_in(691)
bind failed on port 139 socket_addr = 0.0.0.0.
Error = Address already in use

tail -f logs/log.winbindd
[2004/08/20 13:52:03, 0] nsswitch/winbindd_util.c:winbindd_param_init(561)
winbindd: cannot continue, exiting

What is the problem, please?

And 2nd question.
I'd like KERBEBOS authentification for samba.
What I must modify in smb.conf?, or in other files,
