Issue with using latest PCA

Full disclosure: this is my first time using PCA.

I'm trying to use PCA to update a Solaris 10 system, but it errors out because "patchdiag.xref is corrupt" and it is corrupted because I'm getting this instead of the actual patchdiag.xref, any ideas?

I should also mention that PCA never prompts for the user/pass so I don't think that's the issue.
