Purchasing Solaris Software

I am traditionally from the world of HP-UX, but have inherited seven Sun servers - a mixture of V120 and V240 servers. They have not been on software support with Sun/Oracle and I now need to purchase the latest versions of Solaris to put on them rather than put them back on support.

Does anybody know if this is possible? I am based in the UK, but any general help would be appreciated.

Thanks all.

Well, you can purchase Oracle Solaris 10 9/10 Media packs online at oracle.com for $20.00 but that does not include a commercial license.

and you can download solaris 10 from the oracle website... but to get support, the servers need to be installed from an oracle engineer or get a "service ready" check from oracle (which is more expensive then the installation if i remember right...).

Solaris patches are no longer freely available. You need a service contract.
