Where to look owner's configuration files?
For example: -r-xr-xr-x 1 103 staff 2723 Jun 17 1999 user_init
I need to look owner 103 behavior.

The owner isn't known by your system so it displays the uid instead.

It might have been suppressed from a local or remote database or simply never having been defined there.

I see.
I asked, on my system all start scripts have 103, 104 owner's value.

Sounds like the owner that originally created the scripts has been deleted from the passwd file.
