Power T5220 server

Hi,

We have two T5220 servers in our datacentre
one server is showing 64 processors online
and another showing 32 processors online
two are newly purchased, there is no hardware faults in this server
one server has 64gb memory and it shows 64 processors,
and other having 32gb memory and it shows 32 processors.
Is there any dependency on memory,
help me

There are 4, 6 and 8 core UltraSPARC-T2 CPUs available. A 4 core will display 32 virtual processors while a 8 core will display 64 ones.
RAM size isn't related to the number of CPUs or the number of cores inside them.

thanks, it is 4 core processor

You already know it from psrinfo, don't you ?
You might want to run "psrinfo -p" to know how much physical CPUs are installed to sort out 2 CPUs with 4 cores vs 1 CPU with 8 cores.

Eg:
Code:
# psrinfo -pv
The physical processor has 64 virtual processors (0-63)
  UltraSPARC-T2 (cpuid 0 clock 1415 MHz)
