You have installed and are launching a third party sshd (/usr/local/sbin/sshd) unmanaged by the SMF framework.
You cannot have both the regular bundled sshd and that one running at the same time.

According to ps output, the service is running. Did you try to ssh to your server ?

There seems to be issues with file systems too.

What says "svcs -xv filesystem/local", "svcs -xv filesystem/usr" and "df -k".
