AIS Parser SDK is a library of functions allowingyou to add support for Automatic Identificationreceivers (AIS) to your project. A beta release of Java package parsing messages 1-24. A Win32 python module built with Python 2.5.2. A get_timetag function to parse the 20-bit timestamp format used in ETA, Seaway, and IMO messages. A missing break; in message 15 parsing has been fixed. portable.h now checks for Cygwin. A missing wave_dir field in IMO message 1.11 has been added. A bin2sixbit 1-off error has been fixed.
