gSwing 0.7 (Default branch)

gSwing is a program for viewing election results and a collection of tools for maintaining the data. It shows the performance of the main parties in elections over a number of years in a series of charts and graphs. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes:
The viewer graph is now scrollable. The ability to export party and election lists as XML has been added. FTP to server functionality has been added. The build system has been moved to Maven. The code base has been moved to Java 1.5.
