libenglab is now a shared object. The build system allows users to cross compile for Windows under Unix. EngLab GUI is available for Windows. An all-in-one package for Unix was created. Ten new toolboxes were added, containing functions for converting metrics: Area, Density, Energy, Length, Power, Pressure, Temperature, Velocity, Volume, and Weight.
