PeerStream Audio Video Streaming Server 5.00 (A/V Streaming Server branch)

PeerStream Audio Video Streaming server is a lightweight, scalable and multi-purpose streaming server for broadcasting nearly every known audio and video format. It supports all major formats and can be configured to use other, not directly supported media types. Encoding of live data is also possible. Streaming via unicast, multicast, podcast, UPnP shares and bandwidth-saving via a peer-to-peer-network is supported. License: Other/Proprietary License Changes:
The software has been completely reworked and optimized for speed and a smaller memory footprint, and the stability has increased. The remote terminal has been replaced by a Web interface. Due to its optimized size, it scales much better now and can be used in any configuration from an embedded device to a high-load server farm.
