back ground setter 0.2.1 (Default branch)

bgs allows you to tailor the appearance of thebackground ("root") window on a workstationdisplay running X. It uses imlib2 for imagerendering and rotates the images automatically. Itis designed for dynamic Xinerama/Xrandr setupssuch as those used with notebooks, but it workswell in any setup.
