Stylus Handwriting Input Panel 0.9.3 (Default branch)

The Stylus/Handwriting Input Panel (SHIP) is a system for gesture text entry for Tablet computers using an X11 user interface. License: GNU General Public License v3 Changes:
Instructions were added for installing the MS Ink Server. A missing required file was added. The format for specifying UI colors was changed to be more convenient.
