Tine 2.0 Alpha Milestone 3 (Default branch)

Tine 2.0 is an effort to create a usable and stable replacement for eGroupWare. Taking other popular projects like KDE and Typo3 as prototypes, the Tine 2.0 effort refactors eGroupWare from scratch.License: Affero General Public LicenseChanges:
The biggest change of this milestone is theimproved addressbook dialog. The CRM module keepsyou updated of new and modified leads by emailnow. Administrators can enable self registrationfor new users, call setup.php to get all neededtables installed, and are able to manage accountsand groups now. The backed improved too. Alltables are now prefixed, which means that you caninstall multiple instances of Tine 2.0 in onedatabase. LDAP authentication and reading accountsand groups from LDAP is working now, and most ofthe code is now covered by unit tests.
