 libqrencode is a library for encoding data in a QR Code symbol, a kind of 2D symbology that can be scanned by devices such as a mobile phone with a CCD. License: GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) Changes:The interface of QRencode_encodeInput() has been changed. User applications using it must be modified.
