LBackup is a simple backup system aimed at systems administrators who require reliable backups withminimum fuss. It is configured with configurationfiles, and the backup is started from the commandline. It has been tested for over 2 years. Backupscan be to local media, or to remote media via oneor more networks. The networks may be privateLANs, WANs, or sets of untrusted public networkssuch as the Internet.
