Web-NoteTaker is a PHP/MySQL Web-based note takingtool designed for "formal" note taking. It wasoriginally designed to facilitate the author'snote taking process, which required tracking whosaid what during a meeting and then how what wassaid "evolved". The tool allows you to attributenotes to attendees and give notes "types", and ittimestamps the entries. At this point the tooldoes not allow editing through the UI, but doesallow entry of notes through the UI.
