Moonlight|3D is a modeler for three-dimensionalart. It aims to support mesh-, NURBS-, and Beziercurve-based modeling. It's a redesign of MoonlightAtelier, formed after Moonlight Atelier/Creatordied in 1999/2000. Rendering is done throughpluggable backends, currently supporting Sunflow, with support for renderman and othersin planning.License: GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL)Changes:
In this release, Moonlight|3D starts to supporttrue object instancing. Newly introduced dockwidgets allow nearly free rearrangement ofelements in the application's main window. Also,some small changes have been made to tools tosmooth the program's overall workflow. Finally,Moonlight|3D 0.1.5 is the first release toactually feature the support of OpenEXR imagesthrough the use of exrforjava.
