Canadian Payroll Jan_2008-00 (Development branch)

CdnPayroll calculates Canadian payroll taxes, CPP, EI, WCB, HP, etc. The command line version produces various outputs for stand-alone use or for use with another program. It includes a simple GUI for Linux written in Kaptain and a CGI version for Web use. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes:
Changes were made due to 86th Edition t3127-jan-08e.pdf, effective Jan 01, 2008. The Yukon calcs disagree significantly with the Canada Revenue Agency on-line calculator, so the Yukon option should not be used until this is resolved. All other jurisdictions test correctly.

payroll check

One of my friends tried to cash his company payroll check twice within the past couple of days and still could not do it. He tried to cash it at a check cashing place and was told that the information wasn't in the system and they couldn't cash it. He then tried two days later to cash it at the Employers Bank, and was refused again. When he asked why they couldn't cash it, he was told to talk to his employer. I suspect insufficient funds in the Employers account. Can anyone else help me?
