This release adds 16 feature requests and changes the license to the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. Administrators can list, delete, or remove anything that can be created in the interface that isn't used elsewhere. Interface navigation was improved and cleaned up. A new tie breaker has been added, called the "Upset Prediction Delta". The system will also analyze any pool and add comments to indicate winners, the maximum rank a player can attain, who each player is rooting for, and who is out.
