help with sed command

Hi,
I'm new to all this... and just learning to use "sed".

I have a large file that has random lines which look like

4.145805035815830955966608071`15.954589745735827E-252
1.214407779262171397086124195607051`15.954589745728367E-246
1.35727144540924603684256311684`15.954589770191005E-241

I want to substitute all the lines that include the pattern `15. with a line with 0.0E0

i.e. the three lines above will become
0.0E0
0.0E0
0.0E0

can you help?
Thanks a lot!
