Hi
I have a request. I need to print 50 lines from a file from a certain point within the file. I will be looking for the word 'exception' within the log file and once I find it, I would like to print the next 50 lines from that point onwards (including that line). Can anyone please help me in this regard. |

I did try this.
awk 'c&&c--;/Exception/{print NR;c=10}' logfilename.log But, I am getting the below errors. awk: syntax error near line 1 awk: bailing out near line 1 |
