Shell Program which deletes all lines ...

Shell Program which deletes all lines containing the word "UNIX" in the files supplied as argument..please help me to do this task

cat FILENAME | sed 's/UNIX//g > OTHERFILENAME
sed 's/UNIX//g < FILENAME > OTHERFILENAME

anything will do.
