CPU Utilization

Dear friends,

I am doing a report daily for all most 30 more serves... i need to check out CPU utlization bu (top command, 100 - (ideal value))

and Memory utilization too

could some one help me how can i get it directly, if scripts also no problem..

i will very thankful if some one helps me out..!

Just 2 questions.
a. What you had tried so far?
b. What OS type your servers are running?

Once you answer this questions .. maybe somebody will be able to help you.

so far i was using command ' top ' and finding out from there...! it take some time to claculate it by manualy....! and same for memory size too

OS : Solaris 9

Use prstat command in Solaris 9, this command very helpful to me.
