Thumbs up Need Help for Script

HI Guys Need Quick help with some scripting

Probelm:- I have a File name Text_Data

# Cat Text_Data
Name = Q_Abc
QueueSize = 0

Name = Q_XF
QueueSize = 0

Name = Q_TGYU
QueueSize = 0

Name = Q_FUII
QueueSize = 0

Name = Q_FKLPO
QueueSize = 0

Name = Q_TIO
QueueSize = 0

I need the Data in below given format

Q_Abc = 0
Q_XF = 0
Q_TGYU = 0
Q_FUII = 0
Q_FKLPO = 0
Q_TIO = 0

I hope we can do it via cut/awk but i am not prominent in scripting..
Please help me out ..
