explain me this shell script ...
Code:
currentSid=${TWO_TASK:-$ORACLE_SID}
echo $currentSid
this script returns value of ORACLE_SID but what i am not getting is
what is ":-" doing ??

If the value of ${TWO_TASK} var is null then currentSid loads the value of ${ORACLE_SID}
