Not able to rename file
Hi,
I have a shell script that is run by user x on daily basis, which attempts to rename one file that is created by user y and user y have changed the mode of the file to 777, so that means user x have all the previlages to modify that file. But the problem is that whenever user x try to rename file created by user y it gets permission denied error. |
