Piping from device?
Hi
Long time since I did any shell scripting so please be gentle with me! Just wanted to know whether it is possible to take the streaming output from a dvb card /dev/dvb/adapter0/ and using named pipes and tee to pass the outputs to mplayer and mencoder so as to watch and record a telly program simultaneously. If this is possible can anyone point me to a good example? Many thanks |
