How to delete all the txt files from the current to all subdirectories ?

try this it delets all files and derectory of the current directory.

rm -rf *

or

Code:

rm -rf /home/sri/kanth # deletes kanth directory(files and subdirectories too)

for more info read man page of rm command (man rm)

use

rm `find . -type f -name *.txt`
