indefinite while loop

I have this while loop say w1 which has another while loop say w2 inside it.

Now I want this w1 to run indefinitely and w2 will run execute the commands and come out but as w1 is still running w2 should start again. But the problem I am facing is once w2 finishes , it never restarts. I have tried " continue at the end of w1 but no improvements.

while [ ${sDumFlg} = "F" ]                                                         W1

do

       while [ ${sMstrFlg} = "F" ]                                                  W2

        do

              If [ -s "File"]

              then 

                        echo "execute commands"

              else 

                        sleep ${nSec}

        done 



sMstrFlg="F"

done

There are several mistakes in the code that you've posted, I assume that they are typos. I tried this code:

sDumFlg="F"
sMstrFlg="F"

while [ ${sDumFlg} = "F" ]
do
        while [ ${sMstrFlg} = "F" ]
        do
                if [ -s "test" ]
                then
                        echo "execute commands"
                        sMstrFlg="T"
                else
                        sleep ${nSec}
                fi
        done
        sMstrFlg="F"
done

And it worked. I changed the 'if [ -s "file" ]' bit to a filename test that already existed, that's all.
