grep command

hi i have following file

1|2|1|1|3

I NEDD TO SEACH FOR VALUES ONLY IN THIRD FEILD AND THEN WERITE OUT THE COMPLETE RECORD INTO FILE....

CAN SOMEBODY HELP IN THIS....

use awk
