you should be able to just copy in the other user's $HOME/.profile into the new user's $HOME/.profile if these are all generic user accounts ... if not, copy all the tuxedo-related entries in the first user's $HOME/.profile into the new user's $HOME/.profile and test ... if it fails, recheck the source $HOME/.profile for other entries that you might have missed ...
