Hi,
I have a file which contains as follows, a.tmp Test \13\ Hello When i read the file and print the ouput using echo, "\" is not coming. How to avoid it. here goes the script a.sh ----- while read line do echo $line done < a.tmp Output is: Test 13 Hello I need "\" to appear in the output. Any ideas, please help. Thanks, Om |
