runx and rdp command

Hi,

Iam stuck with a problem...

Iam trying to automate some commands by script.

I want to execute the script from text mode.
My script calls runx, then the window comes, and i have to give commands like "rdp IP_address"

I need to pass the command "rdp IP_address" to runx in the script itself.
please help...

Thanks in advance
esham

Not sure if this will help since I am new to unix scripting, but I am working on a script that will FTP a file without intervention. Maybe this line will help:

echo "ascii\mget -i SH*"|ftp servername

I am getting a group of text files, starting with SH*, without prompting for confirmation before transferring each file (-i flag).
