Please need a help in shell scripting

Hi folks,
If i am trying to run the following script it giving an error saying :

even I tried with more command there are no ^M character in the script.

Try a dos2unix on your script before you execute it i.e.

Code:
dos2unix automate.sh

Try this

sed "s/^M//" automate.sh >newautomate.sh

to print ^M use (Ctl+v and Ctl+m)
