Error "SPY" script - please help
hello guys, I'm in need of some help with a certain script. The link to my assignment is below...any and all advice/pointers/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you do the following:

Read the rules of this Forum.
Read the assignment from your instructor (it seems simple enough)
Read the book that comes with the course.
Learn a new four letter word - work. Help is the one you use after you have tried - I don't see your script posted but your assignment.

script running with "ksh" dumping core but not with "sh"

Hi, I have small script written in korn shell. When it is called from different script, its dumping core, but no core dump when we run it standalone.
