Date / Time difference in shell script

How do i calculate the difference between GMDCOM TIME and GMDRRS TIME in hh:mm:ss format and display under COM-RRS column.?

I dont want to use AWK, PERL, SED etc. to do it. But normal bash shell scipting command to do it.
