iptables won't take "!"?
according to iptables manpage, I should be able to use "!"
or "all" as the syntax of -p, but why I get error messages here as the following? @noname:/var/log$ sudo iptables -A INPUT -p all -s 1.2.3.0/24 --dport 5999:6020 -j ACCEPT iptables v1.3.8: Unknown arg `--dport' @noname:/var/log$ sudo iptables -A INPUT -p ! icmp -s 1.2.3.0/24 --dport 5999:6020 -j ACCEPT iptables v1.3.8: Unknown arg `--dport' |
