Unhappy security

i have a NFS-Server with 2 HDD's!

one folder on HD1 called public, is available to mount

in the folder public is the HD2 mounted, name HD2

both folders has permission all rights for all users, owner is root:root

with the client, i cant put files in there, but i want to! can u tell me the solution?!? i already changed the user, the group etc!

in the folder public i cant create any files too!!!!

Is your NFS mount on the client side set as
read-only?

Talking it works

Hi!
it was the user_nfs from suse...
i uninstalled it, and now i use the kernel-based nfs, and it works!

my mount is :
192.168.0.1:/home/public /home/public nfs user,auto,exec,rw 0 0
