CSA having some problem - Security

Is there anybody who is familier with CISCO SECURITY AGENT ?

I have installed Oracle 10G Application Server on Linux ES3 successfully..

and It seemed to be working fine...............

But due to some security policy I had to install CSA on that same server..

Till then Oracle is not working...I have stopped CSA process..but in vain..

I just removed CSA & Oracle , then i reinstall oracle again..now it is working

fine again..This process has been performed several times.........RESULT IS

SAME.......... But i have to install both of them...Is it possible ??????
