expoected one line command

I want to create a user say user1 which should run the script

ex

su - user1
(and it should run the script)

on server i am running :- remsh server1 -l root "su - test "

but getting stty error


the problem is with "su - test" why can i do suin remsh

I tried this

remsh server1 -l root -a "fff" -d "dfdfdffd"
sh: -a: not found.

also
remsh server1 -l root -a fff -d dfdfdffd
sh: -a: not found.

I have a problem when i try to set any thing as alias it works
say alias sasa="cd /home/hghgg"

but when i close the terminal it does not work

my file contain blank spaces between then

thanks vgersh99 for u r help but the problem is if i run on root user cron it runs but is user is changed it causes probles

I am trying to run it on different user not on root user if i run on root does not give any error .
On my user i specified full command , path name every thing but only sed command fails any other...

but if i run the same script with "at" it produces same problem

has following setting
