Finally did it, using reflection X using xterm.

I set export display=localmachine:1.0

>xclock

on putty AIX used dbua.

Everything is working fine

X11 is enabled in /etc/ssh/sshd_config, however the display variable I set is of my windows machine. Is that good, I have AIX in my putty session.

sudo su - ora32

Put the password of present user

or

pbrun su - ora32

I have folder on unix(AIX) - /usr/lib/X11

I used export display=ipaddress:0.0 (my windows machine), ran the xming on windows

Hit dbua on AIX, system says that display not set.

Is there a way to install GUI in AIX. I`m using putty(AIX), needed a GUI to use dbua for Oracle upgrades. I know xclock works in linux by installing some packages along with it. Is there a similar...
