I can mount one filesystem from rcwlo-ods10g onto rcwlo-10gdev fine:

We just rebooted the server and fdisk -l still doesn't show any new disk. Its the same as before.

Maybe there's something wrong with how it's connected to the server? Not too...

Hmmmmmm. Since the reboot it seems that the disk mappings have changed and I'm not sure what the admin did for the new disk.

How about the sdc disk. It doesn't show up in the df -k.
